Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering, including 5+ years in a senior or lead role.
• 3+ years designing and operating solutions on AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Strong software engineering background with 5+ years of hands-on development in Python, Java, or similar.
• Proven experience architecting, building, and deploying microservices in production.
• 2+ years hands-on with GitHub Enterprise (Actions and branch rulesets).
• Experience designing evolving microservices architectures for independent deployability and scalability.
• Terraform for infrastructure-as-code at scale; Docker and Kubernetes experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a modern DevOps platform enabling build, test, and deployment workflows end-to-end.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices, data workloads, and batch jobs.
• Define and enforce repository standards, code quality practices, and automation patterns.
• Architect and implement infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK and Terraform.
• Collaborate with operations teams for robust deployment workflows and patterns.
• Set technical direction on resiliency, security, and scalability with architects and senior engineers.
• Drive observability and reliability through dashboards, alerts, logs, and traces.
• Create documentation, templates, and reference implementations for teams.
