Job summary

GCH Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps Prime to oversee its DevOps function. This role involves managing vendors at Intive and CyberCommand and ensuring GCH’s AWS infrastructure is safe, reliable, and optimized. The successful candidate will establish technical direction, direct DevOps resources, and be key in driving deployment practices. The position offers a salary range of $165k–$205k, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a DevOps leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to DevOps resources.
• Own the GCH AWS footprint and cloud security posture.
• Drive deployment frequency and change failure rate improvements.
