Job summary

Knightscope, Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform/SRE leader to own production infrastructure and drive a unified platform across Signals, K7/Nav, H1, K5, K3, K1-family, KSOC, KEMS and OpenExO.

You will consolidate fragmented pipelines into a durable, scalable platform for faster, safer deployments and better observability. The role requires deep cloud experience (AWS preferred), strong CI/CD design, and a track record supporting multiple product teams from a shared platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Platform, or SRE with senior ownership of production infrastructure.
• Deep hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Strong CI/CD pipeline design with fast feedback loops and safe deployments.
• Track record supporting multiple product teams from a shared platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the shared CI/CD pipeline serving Signals, K7/Nav, and Legacy.
• Own the cloud infrastructure that runs Knightscope's SaaS platforms and internal tooling.
• Standardize containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code across programs.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on platform hardening.
• Partner with Fleet and Release Automation on OTA delivery connected to cloud pipelines.
• Build platform observability and metrics that reveal reality without guessing.

Compensation And Benefits

Base Salary:

$165,000 to $195,000 (DOE)
