Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, with 3+ years of direct people leadership.
• Experience with telemetry (logs, traces, metrics) to diagnose system performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and guidance.
• Actively design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, EKS).
