Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, with 3+ years of direct people leadership.
• Proven ability to use telemetry to diagnose and improve system performance.
• Willingness to participate in off-hours support rotations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native systems.
• Lead the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and hands-on guidance.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of core infrastructure.
