Job summary

TW Group LLC seeks an hands-on IT DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to support a fast-paced gaming technology environment. This hybrid role covers DevOps, systems administration, networking and security, collaborating with development and QA teams to maintain infrastructure and tooling used to build, test and deploy gaming products.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure and 2+ years in DevOps, with strong experience in CI/CD, Git/GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes, plus VMware/vSphere,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems or network experience.
• 2+ years of DevOps/automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git/GitLab, Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with VMware/vSphere, Windows Server, Active Directory and Linux.
• Experience with enterprise networking and firewalls.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash and/or Python.
• Experience supporting highly available production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development automation.
• Administer GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira and related DevOps tools.
• Support VMware/vSphere, Windows/Linux servers and development/test environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Manage enterprise networking, wireless infrastructure, firewalls and endpoint security.
• Automate processes using PowerShell, Bash and/or Python.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and security.
• Support backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure and IT support across the organization.
