ECI Group's Professional Technical Services Network is seeking a contract Sr DevOps Engineer for Trading & Supply based in Houston. The role is a 6-month contract starting around July 3, 2026, and requires US citizenship or permanent residency.

You will work within a small team supporting global derivatives trading production environments and drive reliability across end-to-end workflows. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in front-office support, FIX engineering, and real-time market

Qualifications

10 years+ experience with Front Office application support and vendor management.
8 years+ solid FIX engineering experience.
Understanding of all major global futures exchanges and lifecycle.
Experience with real-time market data distribution platforms.

Responsibilities

Ensure proactive management of critical end-to-end workflows, improving stability and resilience through collaboration with delivery and infrastructure teams.
Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across development, support, and technical business users.
Serve as a subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives.
Hands-on experience in supporting scalable algorithmic trading technology in a compliant and flexible way.
