Job summary

UberEther Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Sterling, VA to lead DevOps strategy and continuous compliance for FedRAMP 20x. You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC for GCP deployments, and evidence packaging to maintain ongoing compliance post‑deployment.

You will collaborate with Compliance BU, Platform Engineering, and customer engineering to implement automated security gates, policy as code, and OSCAL‑based evidence while mentoring engineers on DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform automation roles.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD, or federal compliance in operations.
• Strong knowledge of KSI concepts and automation/verification in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead DevOps strategy to implement FedRAMP 20x KSI requirements in CI/CD and operations.
• Own end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/Deployment Manager), and evidence packaging.
• Develop SOPs and runbooks; support 3PAO assessments and ongoing compliance.
• Ensure security gates, policy as code, and OSCAL‑based evidence across pipelines.
• Mentor teams and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and compliance.
