Fearless is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud/edge infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, while guiding security‑minded CI/CD and IaC practices. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with a federal client to ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

The role emphasizes automation, observability, and secure engineering across delivery lifecycles, with CMS residency requirements and a remote‑friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience with Agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800‑53) and audit evidence.
• Cloud & Edge Infrastructure with major cloud platforms and edge services.
• IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation; CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and secure cloud/edge infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage infrastructure as code and build/maintain CI/CD pipelines with security in mind.
• Containerize and operate apps with Docker/Kubernetes; support local development (DDEV).
• Implement monitoring/logging/alerting (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and ensure FedRAMP/FISMA compliance.
