Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (with Azure) to own deployment, hosting, and reliability of our energy-domain platform in Poland. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage scalable cloud infrastructure, and ensure secure integration with downstream systems and identity providers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Azure-based DevOps environments.
• Proficient with CI/CD tooling and pipelines.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and security.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment, hosting, and reliability of the platform and its touchpoints.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the platform build.
• Manage deployment/hosting infrastructure.
• Support secure integrations with downstream systems and identity providers.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for API integrations.
• Manage environment and token handling securely.
• Support staged rollout and UAT environments during hardening.
• Ensure data governance within approved boundaries.

A program of projects within the Energy domain. We will work on various applications covering generation control, distribution control, transmission control, and service crews control. The implementation area of these products is very high-scale (e.g. country-wide systems).

Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps/infrastructure roles
• Expert familiarity with Microsoft Azure Tech stack
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with secrets/token management for third-party API integrations
• Experience supporting regulated or access-controlled environments
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English

Job responsibilities

• Own the deployment, hosting, and operational reliability of the platform, including its integration touchpoints with downstream systems and identity providers.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the platform build
• Manage deployment/hosting infrastructure for the platform
• Support secure integration between the platform, downstream systems of record, and identity providers
• Implement monitoring/alerting for API integrations (system sync, document ingestion pipelines)
• Manage environment/access-token handling securely across integrated systems
• Support staged rollout and UAT environments during the hardening phase
• Ensure infrastructure supports data governance requirements (no customer data leaving approved boundaries)
