Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Bethesda, MD to support platform design, deployment, and debugging. You will build a release pipeline for fast, secure delivery of critical software using a tailored DevSecOps CI/CD approach and collaborate with Agile teams on on‑prem and cloud infrastructure.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, 8+ years' experience, and strong scripting, automation, and container orchestration skills. Core hours are 9am–4pm, on‑site in Bethesda.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher with 8+ years in DevOps/Software engineering.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and agile software delivery.
• Hands-on with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins and related tools.
• Proficient in scripting and cloud/on‑prem deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports deployments, cloud baselines, and production availability.
• Builds and maintains the DevOps environment components.
• Defines CI/CD processes and best practices enterprise-wide.
• Codifies DevOps practices and automates tool deployment to AWS cloud.
• Develops scripts for automation and maintains build environments.
• Collaborates with project teams to integrate products into DevOps.
