Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a Software Engineer in Bethesda, MD, to design, develop, and maintain software within a DevSecOps framework. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and offers responsibilities across design, testing, and deployment in a SAFe Agile environment.

Candidates will contribute to cloud-based solutions and collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters, using Java, SpringBoot, and modern tooling to deliver systems for critical missions.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and testing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in software programming using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate.
• Develops validation and testing methods with JUnit and Katalon; enables automated deployment.
• Develop, prototype and deploy solutions on Commercial Cloud Platforms.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters for User Story alignment.
• Support SDLC with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash; use Jira/Confluence.
• Analyze performance and coordinate infrastructure needs to meet mission requirements.
