Job summary

IAMUS Consulting seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our on-site Augusta, GA team supporting Army customers. You will implement infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure reliability and scalability across AWS, Linux systems, and containerized environments.

Responsibilities include deploying cloud and edge infrastructure, managing Kubernetes clusters, and collaborating with development teams to integrate applications into our infrastructure while maintaining security compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and deployment.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate their applications into the infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends for high availability.
