Job summary

Kudu Dynamics, a Leidos-owned company, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in the US to design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role requires TS clearance eligibility, 3+ years in DevOps, strong Python and scripting skills, and expertise with Docker, Nomad, and AWS.

You will collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment to deploy microservices, manage observability stacks, and support CI/CD via GitLab. Join a fast-moving team delivering mission-critical capabilities.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to hold a security clearance.
• 3+ years in a DevOps role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Docker and container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Software development experience in at least one language (Python).
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience delivering solutions on AWS.
• Experience with monitoring/visualization (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Docker-based microservices with Nomad orchestration.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver DevOps solutions.
• Support AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure as code and monitoring solutions.
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Presto) and RESTful services.
