Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, Production Support, or related roles.
• Strong programming in Java or Python (prefer both).
• Hands-on AWS Cloud Services experience.
• Experience with Terraform for IaC.
• Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline expertise.
• Troubleshooting application defects and production incidents.
• Familiar with Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub repositories.
• Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
• Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot bugs, system failures, and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution with development teams.
• Monitor health to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Configure Jenkins and other DevOps automation tools.
• Investigate repository-related issues and deployment failures.
