Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking Senior DevOps Engineers to support the FBI CJIS CTP – Applications Team.

You will configure, manage, and automate Atlassian Data Center apps and enterprise COTS platforms to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable operations. Responsibilities include configuring Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related tools; automating with Groovy/Python; and maintaining compliance documentation in a SAFe Agile environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of DevOps experience with enterprise apps.
Hands-on administration of Atlassian Data Center products and other enterprise COTS.
Experience configuring Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
Experience with Section 508 testing and FISMA/ATO activities.
Ability to develop user-facing documentation and technical guides.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Atlassian Data Center apps.
Support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Crowd, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
Install, configure, and update plugins; manage enterprise workflows and permissions.
Develop automation with Groovy/Python; query PostgreSQL databases.
Integrate Atlassian apps with enterprise platforms via REST APIs.
