Job summary
A leading defense contractor is seeking a skilled Software Infrastructure Engineer to work onsite in State College, PA. This role involves designing and managing software infrastructure for satellite ground systems. Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure and/or Software Engineering.
- Experience with the Linux platform.
- Development experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software infrastructure for satellite ground systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software infrastructure.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to engineers.
- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems.
