Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a mid to senior level DevOps Engineer with an active Secret clearance. You will define and own the enterprise Git platform strategy, consolidate fragmented tooling, and establish CI/CD standards across the organization.

Responsibilities include administering enterprise Git platforms, integrating IAM, and building reusable pipeline templates. The role is fully remote with US-wide applicability and a focus on secure, auditable workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or related field.
• 10–12 years of DevOps/platform engineering or SRE experience.
• Hands-on experience administering GitLab and GitHub at enterprise scale.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise Git platform strategy, standards, and roadmap.
• Consolidate source control tooling and migrate to an enterprise standard.
• Administer enterprise Git platforms (self-hosted and cloud-hosted) with proper access controls.
• Integrate identity and access management for automated user provisioning.
• Define branching strategies, code reviews, and governance across teams.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
• Implement automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
• Create reusable pipeline templates and shared workflow libraries.
