Responsibilities

• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Industrial Plus stack.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Set the Datadog coding standards the rest of Industrial Plus engineering follows.
• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity.
• Decide when to buy Organization versus build it for Industrial Plus's Oceanside, CA stack.
