Job description

Authority Partners is actively searching for a talented DevOps Engineer with strong Power Platform experience to become an integral part of our dynamic global team. In this role, you will own the release pipelines, environments and governance behind an enterprise Power Platform estate, covering Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse. You will be the go‑to person for how solutions move from dev to production: you set the release standards, automate the path and keep it secure and well governed, so makers and pro‑dev teams can focus on building instead of deploying.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain deployment pipelines for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse solutions (dev, test, prod).
  • Manage solution packaging, versioning, source control, environment variables and connection references.
  • Run CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions using Power Platform Build Tools, Power Platform Pipelines or the PAC CLI.
  • Apply environment strategy and DLP policies; support governance tooling such as the CoE Starter Kit.
  • Manage security roles, capacity and tenant‑level settings with EP’s platform admins.
  • Monitor flows and apps for failures, throttling and performance issues; set up alerting.
  • Integrate Power Platform with Azure services and line‑of‑business systems (custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Support makers and pro‑dev teams with release standards, documentation and onboarding.
  • Work with QA to embed automated testing and quality gates in the release process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with 3+ years on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands‑on Power Platform ALM: managed and unmanaged solutions, Power Platform Pipelines, PAC CLI.
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines) or GitHub Actions for Power Platform deployments.
  • Power Platform administration: environments, DLP, security roles, Dataverse.
  • Governance at enterprise scale (CoE Starter Kit or similar).
  • Scripting with PowerShell; working knowledge of Azure (Entra ID, Key Vault, Functions).
  • Fluent English and confidence working directly with client stakeholders.
Nice to have
  • Copilot Studio and AI Builder deployment experience.
  • Dynamics 365 / Dataverse plug‑in development and deployment.
  • Test automation for Power Apps (Power Apps Test Engine, Playwright).
  • Certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑600 or AZ‑400.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.

AP Perks
  • Cutting‑edge technologies
  • Opportunity to work with people who are at the top of their field
  • Great culture and environment
  • Collaborative learning environment
  • Professional training
