Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and automation that support development, deployment, and reliability of software applications.

You will build IaC with Terraform, create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD, and manage Kubernetes workloads across cloud and on-prem environments. Strong mentoring and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, workflows, and repository management.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for IaC.
• Expertise with GitHub Actions and Argo CD for CI/CD.
• Deep experience working with Kubernetes (Cloud and On-Premises); OpenShift experience is a plus.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and logging platforms such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Generative AI experience is preferred (integrating AI workflows, automation, or AI-driven tooling).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, automation, and systems that support the development, deployment, and reliability of our software applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation to streamline provisioning and configuration of cloud and on-prem resources.
• CI/CD Engineering: Create, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployment tools such as Argo CD to automate build, test, security scanning, and release workflows.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, scale, and operate workloads on Kubernetes (Cloud and On-prem). Experience with OpenShift is a strong plus.
• Observability & Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Splunk, AppDynamics, and related tools to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Security & Compliance: Apply DevSecOps best practices, ensure adherence to security standards, and implement automated security controls and compliance guardrails.
• Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Security teams to streamline development workflows and promote DevOps best practices.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers to foster team growth.
