Job summary

iManage is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale a Kubernetes-based cloud platform, migrate legacy workloads to AKS, and shape observability, change management, and security by default. You will lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives, automate toil away, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will drive modernization of CI/CD (Jenkins to GitHub Actions), define standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock delivery in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering.
• Experience writing design docs and postmortems; refactoring code.
• Built automation to reduce operational burden.
• Hands-on Kubernetes production experience, including migrations.
• IaC (Terraform preferred) and GitOps-based CD (ArgoCD).
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Champion DevOps best practices (SRE concepts, etc.) across teams.
• Experience in public cloud (Azure and AKS preferred).
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of large-scale development infrastructure for many teams.
• Automate toil away and mentor engineers to do the same.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and GitOps to provision cloud environments.
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines and standardize branch protection and rollbacks.
• Partner with application teams, SRE, and stakeholders to unblock delivery.
• Support a cloud-native platform that is resilient and cost-effective by default.
• Serve as escalation point for pipeline and platform triage globally.
