Our partner is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Automation Developer / Ansible Engineer based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional to support an urgent infrastructure automation initiative focused on migrating from Chef to Ansible. In this contract role, you will help modernize configuration management practices and improve infrastructure automation workflows. You will leverage your expertise in Ansible, Python, and DevOps engineering to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Experience with Chef and Chef-to-Ansible migrations will be particularly valuable. The role also offers an opportunity to explore AI-assisted coding techniques for Ansible development. This is a remote opportunity suited to a seasoned engineer who can contribute effectively to a technically demanding project.
