Job summary

Orasync is a vendor of QTS Data Centers supplying quality IT resources. The Senior DevOps Engineer will manage configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Services Delivery Platform and QTS Operating System applications, with a focus on AWS, containerization, and scalable infrastructure.

The role requires five+ years of DevOps experience, AWS expertise, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting; you will deploy to DEV/UAT/PROD, build IaC, monitor health with CloudWatch, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of DevOps related experience, with a focus on Microservices deployment and maintenance.
• Extensive AWS experience.
• Prior experience working with Linux, Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, Ansible.
• Experience with configuration and support of Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with the following technologies: Postgres, Cassandra, Scripts (bash, Groovy, Python), nginx, Tomcat, AWS CodeArtifact, LDAP, Kafka.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of portal software, design, and development.
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for configuration, deployment and maintenance of the Services Delivery Platform and QTS Operating System applications. This position requires excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
