Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the new service's infrastructure, pipelines, and operability within AWS. You will design scalable infrastructure for containerised and serverless workloads and implement IaC across environments.

You will build CI/CD for .NET and React apps, enforce least-privilege IAM, and manage secrets, endpoints, observability, and release management with cost awareness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering with AWS production experience.
• Hands-on with ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
• IaC with Terraform or AWS CDK/CloudFormation.
• CI/CD design for .NET and Node/React apps (Bitbucket/GitHub Actions).
• Strong Docker and container deployment experience.
• Secrets management and cloud security fundamentals.
• Observability: logging, metrics, alerting.
• Excellent English communication for daily client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, pipelines, and operability of the new service in AWS.

• Implement IaC with reproducible Dev/QA/Staging/Production environments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for .NET and React apps with tests and security scanning.
• Apply least-privilege IAM and manage secrets for third-party integrations.
• Secure public endpoints and webhooks.
• Deliver observability: logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Own release management: deployment strategy, rollback, and production releases.
• Produce runbooks and handover docs; monitor AWS costs.

Job Description

• As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the infrastructure, pipelines, and operability of the new service fitting cleanly into the client's existing AWS setup.
• Design and provision AWS infrastructure for containerised and serverless services
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with reproducible Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments
• Build CI/CD pipelines for .NET and React applications, including automated tests, security scanning, and promotion gates
• Apply least-privilege IAM and manage secrets for third-party integrations
• Secure public-facing endpoints and webhooks
• Deliver observability: logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerting
• Own release management: deployment strategy, rollback, and production releases
• Produce runbooks and handover documentation; keep AWS cost visible

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering, including 4+ years running production workloads on AWS
• Hands-on with ECS / Fargate, Lambda, SNS / SQS, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or AWS CDK / CloudFormation
• CI/CD pipeline design for .NET and Node / React applications (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
• Strong Docker and containerised deployment experience
• Secrets management and cloud security fundamentals
• Observability practice: logging, metrics, alerting
• Excellent communication in English — written and spoken — for daily client interaction
