The Senior DevOps Engineer is a subject matter expert responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions. This role is critical for service delivery and stakeholder management. The individual will work directly with IAM teams and other departments to develop and implement security policies, processes, and governance.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver new integrations, features, rules, workflows, and tasks on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform, including installation, customization, configuration, and support for identity provisioning and governance tools.
2. Develop Java code for reporting and role management.
3. Create IDM applications using SailPoint and Java; participate in requirement analysis, design, unit testing, and provide 3rd level support for SailPoint applications.
4. Work on large-scale proposals, including creating technical solutions and effort estimates for multiple IAM products.
5. Identify risks and issues, developing recommendations to address complex problems.
6. Create audit reports, templates, and run current audit reports for compliance standards like SOX, PCI, and CPNI.
7. Implement new code into UAT and production environments, managing the system development lifecycle.
8. Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
9. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause analysis, and reduce incident recurrence.
10. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
11. Participate in on-call production support, especially for complex issues.
12. Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and mitigation actions.
13. Participate in software design meetings, analyze user needs, and determine technical requirements.
14. Identify process improvement opportunities and present them to decision-makers.
15. Update project progress to track task fulfillment.
16. Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. 4+ years of experience in SQL and Java.
2. 3+ years working with Microsoft Azure AD, Windows AD, and LDAP.
3. 3+ years of SailPoint programming experience.
4. 2+ years of experience with data security and access control procedures.
5. Experience working in the healthcare industry and integrating APIs (SOAP / REST).
6. Proficiency in Java and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Understanding of network infrastructure design and routing.
2. Knowledge of the ITIL framework.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors such as location, experience, and certifications. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, stock options, and 401(k).
