The Senior Devops Engineer is a subject matter expert responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions. This role is critical for service delivery and stakeholder management, working directly with IAM teams and other departments to develop and enforce information security policies, processes, and governance.

You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while tackling challenging projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, and functionalities on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform, including installation, customization, configuration, and support of identity provisioning and governance tools.
  2. Develop Java code for reporting and role management.
  3. Create IDM applications using SailPoint and Java, participate in requirement analysis and design, perform unit testing, and provide 3rd level support for SailPoint applications.
  4. Work on large-scale proposals, including creating technical solutions and providing effort estimates for IAM products.
  5. Identify risks/issues and develop recommendations to mitigate complex problems.
  6. Create audit reports, templates, and perform ad-hoc reporting for compliance standards like SOX, PCI, and CPNI.
  7. Implement new code into UAT and production environments, managing the software development lifecycle.
  8. Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
  9. Lead problem management efforts, driving root cause analysis and incident reduction.
  10. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
  11. Participate in production support on-call rotation, especially for complex issues.
  12. Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
  13. Participate in software design meetings, analyze user needs, and determine technical requirements.
  14. Identify process improvement opportunities and present them to decision-makers.
  15. Update project schedules to track task fulfillment.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
  17. Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience with SQL and Java.
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Windows AD, and LDAP.
  • 3+ years experience with SailPoint programming.
  • 2+ years experience with data security and access control procedures.
  • Experience working with and integrating APIs (SOAP/REST).
  • Solid knowledge of Java and scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT Professional Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.).
  • Understanding of network infrastructure design and routing.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Adherence to remote work policies.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including location, education, and experience. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
