Job summary

Striveworks is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Northern Virginia team. You will help deliver trusted AI-enabled platforms across commercial, unclassified, and classified networks, taking ownership of incidents and automating deployment and operations.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define needs and ensure reliability in the field. You should have 6+ years in Python/Golang, containerized environments, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, plus an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python and/or Golang, or other general purpose languages.
• Diagnosing and resolving issues within containerized environments.
• Helm Chart and Kustomizations development/deployment.
• Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Cloud infrastructure experience.
• Managing and troubleshooting Linux systems.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship, with CI polygraph eligibility if required.

Responsibilities

• Define what needs to be built across teams and deploy it.
• Keep systems online and reliable in the field across networks (commercial, unclassified, CUI, and classified).
• Take ownership when there is a problem without an owner.
• Explore and adopt new technologies and approaches alongside engineers.
