Plenful is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale our cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and improve deployment of serverless and containerized workloads on AWS. You’ll work with backend and ML teams to keep the platform reliable, observable, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in professional engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building and operating production systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on IaC (Terraform or similar), CI/CD systems, and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with serverless patterns, containers, distributed workflows, and Postgres.
• Strong observability, performance debugging, and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code with scalability and consistency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments and standardize deployment patterns.
• Improve provisioning, configuration, and deployment to move engineers quickly with reduced risk.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to simplify backend and ML workflows.
• Enhance local and staging environments to cut friction in development and testing.
• Define observability standards and resolve performance bottlenecks across distributed systems.
• Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems.
