Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Plex DevOps team, contributing to software development life-cycle. The role offers a hybrid schedule with part-time remote work and on-site collaboration.

You will run distributed cloud services, build robust monitoring, and enhance CI/CD tooling while ensuring high quality and reliability across the Plex product family. Demonstrated experience in automation and containerized deployments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run applications and services built on distributed cloud architectures.
• Build and maintain monitors, alerts, automation and remediation plans for production systems.
• Create and customize Docker images for applications and services.
• Automate frequent, repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Strengthen software quality, stability and availability.
• Advance the CI/CD pipeline and streamline workflows with automation.
