Job summary

Glimpse in New York City is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own our Google Cloud infrastructure end to end, using Terraform to manage compute, networking, storage, and IAM.

You will design and provision GKE clusters, implement secrets management, build CI/CD for infrastructure, enforce least-privilege access, monitor costs, and collaborate with security and engineering in a fast-paced in-person startup setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
• 2–3 years hands-on with GCP and Terraform in production.
• Experience containerizing applications and operating Kubernetes (GKE) in production.
• Strong Linux, networking, and IAM/security fundamentals.
• Willingness to work in-person five days a week in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Cloud infrastructure end to end using Terraform.
• Design, build, and maintain GCP compute, networking, storage, IAM.
• Manage Terraform remote state and drift detection.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.
• Implement least-privilege IAM across projects and org.
• Monitor cost visibility and optimization.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with security/compliance on infra controls.
