Job summary

Talent Portus is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join a Platform Services team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, GCP infrastructure, and Terraform automation. You will contribute to observability solutions and Salesforce deployment pipelines within an enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on cloud engineering, migration and automation work, mentoring junior engineers, and collaboration in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 84+ months Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 60+ months Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• 60+ months Terraform.
• 60+ months GitHub and Git workflows.
• 48+ months SonarQube and OWASP ZAP or equivalent.
• 48+ months Splunk.
• 24+ months Salesforce deployment pipelines using GearSet or equivalent.
• 24+ months technical mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure.
• Support GKE cluster operations and workload onboarding.
• Manage GCP resources and IAM.
• Maintain Splunk observability solutions.
• Manage Artifact Registry (or equivalent).
• Maintain Salesforce/GearSet deployment pipelines.
• Support SonarQube and GitHub integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Mentor mid-level Platform Engineers.
• Contribute to technical documentation and on-call support.
