Job summary

Qodo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own enterprise deployments of our Kubernetes-based platform inside customer-managed clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure). This highly autonomous role requires hands-on expertise solving complex, zero-day installation challenges and ensuring successful client deployments from day one.

In this Cloud-Prem position you will drive end-to-end deployments, debug and script in Python/Bash, and build scalable IaC (Terraform, Helm).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure for B2B SaaS.
• Autonomous, self-driven with strong communication and onboarding experience.
• Location in Central Time Zone USA. Comfortable working with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Deployments: install, configure, and upgrade the Kubernetes-based stack in customer environments.
• Debug & Reverse-Engineer: real-time troubleshooting, diagnostics, and scripting in Python/Bash.
• Bridge Engineering & Customers: onboardings and collaboration with Solutions Engineering for US clients.
• Build for Scale & Self-Document: codify best practices into Terraform/Helm modules and internal docs.
• Drive Reliability: ensure performance and health of core infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, containers).
