Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead container platform development, security, and automation across environments. You will guide a team delivering enterprise cloud-native solutions and ensure best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.

A TS/SCI with polygraph is required and a strong mentoring track is expected. You will drive architecture and strategy for scalable cloud deployments, collaborate across teams, and help customers adopt secure containerized

Qualifications

8+ years developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and releases
8+ years troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline issues
Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions
Experience developing, managing, and securing containers
Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in DevOps, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in DevOps

Responsibilities

Lead platform DevOps initiatives and guide the team on cloud technologies and container software
Inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met across the containerization process
Recommend resources to help the client manage and securely adopt containers
Support development of critical cloud platforms and strengthen DevOps skills
