Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for Cloud Platform Services to design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. You will build IaC with Terraform, automate provisioning, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

You will improve platform observability, reliability, and security, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale Teradata compute infrastructure and support lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Strong scripting in Python or Bash.
• CI/CD pipelines experience with GitHub Actions / Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud networking, security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Terraform IaC solutions and cloud-native services.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Automate provisioning, deployments, scaling, and decommissioning across clouds.
• Build and maintain platform observability with monitoring and dashboards.
• Improve reliability, security, and efficiency via automation and self-healing.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with software, networking, security and infra teams.
• Support incident response, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
• Drive DevOps, SRE, infra automation, and cloud-ops best practices.
• Contribute to architecture discussions for large-scale distributed systems.
