Job summary

LiveView Technologies seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and secure cloud infrastructure powering its Agentic AI platform and vast IoT edge fleet. You will drive automation, GitOps, and robust system design in Seattle, with an initial hybrid schedule moving to full in-person work.

You will collaborate with software and hardware teams to enhance reliability, security, and velocity of our global intelligent site technology stack.

Qualifications

5+ years of DevOps/platform/cloud infra experience in high-availability production environments.
Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience, especially with Amazon EKS.
Advanced Terraform and Terragrunt skills to own/refactor infrastructure modules.
GitOps delivery experience with ArgoCD and declarative CD.
Strong AWS knowledge: VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, cost management.
Linux system administration and deep shell scripting.
Secrets management with HashiCorp Vault; exposure to zero-trust tools like Teleport/Boundary/BeyondCorp.
Excellent written communication and ability to document complex systems for async teams.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize cloud infrastructure architecture across multi-region production environments.
Manage Kubernetes workloads, networking, RBAC, storage, and upgrades for high availability.
Drive GitOps adoption to build secure, predictable deployment pipelines.
Design scalable cloud architectures and lead cost optimization and resource efficiency.
Implement zero-trust security and modern secrets management across infra layers.
Support edge IoT fleet health, connectivity, and high-throughput messaging infrastructure.
Develop observability, monitoring, and incident response to ensure real-time health.
Document systems architectures, runbooks, and champion async collaboration in DevOps.
