Job summary

Accesa is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate reliable infrastructure and software delivery processes. You will collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, platform stability, and security.

This role requires ownership, practical problem-solving, and the ability to translate business and technical requirements into maintainable solutions. Strong cloud, Linux, and container orchestration experience are essential.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation with ownership of production environments.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent Linux administration and networking knowledge.
Practical experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Strong Git workflows and collaboration practices.
Experience with monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack).
Ability to evaluate trade-offs and own solutions end-to-end.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Experience with GitOps tooling (Argo CD or Flux) and Helm.
Exposure to cloud migrations, DR, and highly available architectures.
Familiarity with DevSecOps and automated security checks.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC and configuration management.
Deploy and operate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Investigate and resolve complex infra and deployment issues.
Integrate security into infrastructure and delivery workflows.
Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, resilience, and cost.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and recovery procedures.
Mentor colleagues through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
