Job summary

ARUP Laboratories is building high-throughput, cloud-enabled systems for clinical genomics within the Biocomputing team. You will design and operate platform services that transform sequencing data into diagnostic results, enabling scalable patient care.

Qualifications

• Implement CI/CD and DevOps across legacy environments using best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) to modernize legacy environments.
• Research, test, and pilot a new metrics collection system for multiple stacks.
• Define, select, implement and support a new configuration management system while phasing out the old one.
• Work with development staff to train them on secure data handling across the enterprise.
• Prototype reusable patterns and tools and coach developers on best practices.
• Assist in archiving and versioning software artifacts and docs in AWS/S3/Glacier.
• Automate manual tasks following DevOps principles and maintain cloud security practices.
