You will define technical direction, drive CI/CD excellence, and collaborate with security and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems. A senior, hands-on leader who mentors others is ideal.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to define the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year roadmaps for cloud-native platforms and automation.
• Experience designing self-service platforms and automation frameworks across multiple teams.
• Establish engineering and DevOps standards, governance, and workflow practices across a department.
• Drive reliability using SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery pipeline strategy, CI/CD, and automation maturity.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies; build-vs-buy guidance.
• Mentor and uplift engineers; raise the technical bar across the organization.
• Partner with leadership across functions to align tech with business goals; promote Agile culture.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and reduce operational toil through automation.
• Contribute to technical interviewing and grow the team’s capabilities.
