Job summary

Everestek Technosoft Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions. You will apply strong development skills in Python and TypeScript with hands-on AWS expertise.

You will implement IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation, automate deployment, and work closely with software teams to optimize pipelines and reliability. A leadership role mentoring junior engineers is included.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
Strong development/scripting background in Python and TypeScript.
Extensive AWS and cloud infrastructure experience.
Hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible for IaC.
Strong CI/CD, build automation, and deployment expertise.
Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, or similar tools.
Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
Solid networking knowledge: load balancers, VPNs, VPCs.
Experience automating tests for infra and deployments.
Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation and DevOps solutions.
Develop automation scripts using Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar languages.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Implement IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Work with AWS cloud services and cloud-native infrastructure.
Develop automated tests to validate infra and deployments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and app issues.
Monitor performance, reliability, capacity, and identify improvements.
Collaborate with software teams to support development and deployments.
Mentor junior engineers and promote high-quality code.
