Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both on-premise and AWS infrastructure, collaborating with developers, QC, and infrastructure teams to enable secure, automated deployments.

You will manage in-house tooling, implement policy as code, and advance secure DevSecOps practices across multi-region environments, leveraging Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and a range of CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for multi-region cloud environments.
• Expert Kubernetes management (EKS/AKS) including cluster hardening and service meshes.
• Ability to design self-healing CI/CD pipelines for GitOps workflows.
• Deep AWS/Azure knowledge focused on cost optimization, security, and high availability.
• Implementation of full-stack telemetry with ELK, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience migrating legacy monoliths to scalable microservices architectures.
• Integration of SAST/DAST and Compliance-as-Code into the development lifecycle.
• Lead DevSecOps initiatives with secret management (HashiCorp Vault) and IAM policy enforcement.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify).
• Proven collaboration with engineering teams and code reviews; strong communication.
• Experience in regulated environments with Secure-SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce “Policy as Code” to ensure infrastructure meets standards.
• Lead integration of automated security gates (SAST/DAST) and vulnerability management into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage sensitive financial data and credentials using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and RBAC.
• Architect multi-region, disaster-recovery-ready environments on AWS to minimize downtime.
