Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team in a senior, hands-on role. You will lead CI/CD improvements, developer experience, and platform tooling across the software delivery lifecycle. You’ll mentor teams and drive deployment reliability with strong Kubernetes expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, release engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD and microservices.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps/Automation, scalable platforms, web infra and Open Source.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible is a huge plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Datadog and Mpulse.
• Experience building automation of tasks and configuration to speed up processes.
• Experience with shell scripting, Python or Ruby; Ansible playbooks.
• CI/CD pipelines setup using GitOps; environment management and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve release velocity and deployment consistency.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to implement deployment, provisioning, and integration workflows.
• Build and maintain tools and solutions for eCommerce and the DevOps platform.
• Create automation for provisioning, secrets handling, environment setup, and ops tasks.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
