Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced DevOps professional to configure and deliver software delivery automation in an in-office environment. You will manage CI/CD toolsets, ensure secure access controls, and support production deployments across multiple cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires strong Jenkins/Artifactory/Ansible Tower expertise, and hands-on scripting with Bash or KSH, plus experience with database tech like Oracle or PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence and Ansible Tower experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and release management practices.
• Unix scripting with Bash or KSH.
• 7+ years of production support experience.
• Good understanding of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
• ServiceNow or Jira Service Manager experience (Desirable).
• DevOps incident and change management in production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CI/CD tools and validate access controls for the software engineering team.
• Review server configurations to ensure CI/CD onboarding prerequisites are met.
• Monitor and respond to how-to information requests and KPI-based alerts.
• Address risk and audit issues with access control and release standards.
• Collaborate with Infra and Solutions Engineers on CI/CD platform changes and document them.
• Execute change tickets for CI/CD onboarding and decommissioning per approved processes.
• Coordinate with Site Reliability Engineers on monitoring and alerting changes.
