The role works with global teams in Brisbane and India to drive continuous improvement.

You will build robust CI/CD pipelines, standardize environments and workflows, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in automation, DevOps, or platform engineering with ownership of complex systems.
• Master's degree with 3 years experience in automation/DevOps scenarios.
• Associate degree with 10 years of experience in related fields.
• CI/CD tooling and practices (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Cloud and container platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure as Code scripting and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation across build, test, deployment, and infrastructure lifecycles.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to define automation strategy and drive improvements.
• Standardize pipelines, environments, and workflows to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Document automation designs and runbooks; mentor junior engineers.
