eNcloud is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Atlanta to bridge technical work and operations. You will interpret customer needs, KPI goals, and drive automation across development, testing, and IT infrastructure.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, setting up tools, enforcing DevOps processes, and guiding the team to continuously improve and deploy pipelines. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requirements and project KPIs.
• Implement development, testing, automation tools, and IT infra.
• Plan team structure, activities, and project management involvement.
• Manage stakeholders and external interfaces.
• Set up tools and required infrastructure.
• Define development, test, release, and support processes for DevOps.
• Review, verify, and validate software code.
• Troubleshoot and fix code issues.
• Monitor lifecycle processes and drive improvements.
• Automate processes wherever possible.
• Deploy cybersecurity measures through vulnerability assessment.
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline and continuous deployment.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Measure customer experience and KPIs; report progress.
