Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD and observability for our Battlespace Awareness team. You will maintain production systems and guide migration to next‑gen tooling, collaborating across software, data, and testing groups.

The role emphasizes production-grade Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and AWS, with focus on data pipelines, dashboards, and scalable infrastructure. U.S. work authorization and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experience with GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands‑on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day‑to‑day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object‑oriented language
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience with Helm, Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD (preferred)
• Experience with Robot Framework testing (preferred)
• Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and tooling for metrics pipelines (preferred)
• Familiarity with MCAP data and Foxglove (preferred)
• Familiarity with Rust, C, or C++ (preferred)
• Familiarity with team collaboration tooling such as Slack and Slackbot CI development (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems.
• Help lead the team's infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data.
