Job summary

Anduril Industries, based in Colorado, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own and scale CI/CD and observability for its Battlespace Awareness C2 software. The role focuses on building reliable production-grade infrastructure, dashboards, and data pipelines to monitor system health as the C2 platform grows.

You will maintain current CI/CD systems, lead infrastructure migrations to Terraform, RKE2, and ArgoCD, and collaborate with the Data Lake integration team to optimize

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure
• Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems
• Help lead the team's infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).
• Support observability and data infrastructure
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data.
