Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer for the Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns CI/CD and integration testing infra, ensures reliability as our C2 software scales, and leads observability with dashboards and data pipelines.

You will maintain production systems, support a migration to next‑gen tooling, and collaborate across teams to deliver mission‑critical software. A US work authorization and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment.
• GitHub branch management and release management practices.
• Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI.
• Experience with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of day‑to‑day workflow.
• Proficient in Python or another object‑oriented language.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve the team’s current CI/CD systems.
• Help lead the team’s infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering).
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability.
• Support integration with the team’s Data Lake for test and system performance data.
