Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, automate, and optimize cloud platforms that power a fast-growing retail operation. You will partner with engineering to improve reliability, accelerate deployments, strengthen security, and scale environments as the business grows.

The role emphasizes Terraform IaC, Azure-based infrastructure, APIM management, and strong CI/CD discipline, with collaboration across teams to drive operational excellence and faster time to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for scalable, secure cloud environments.
• Develop and manage Azure-based solutions including deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources.
• Configure and maintain Azure API Management (APIM) services for secure, reliable API integrations.
• Administer and support messaging systems such as ActiveMQ with high availability.
• Monitor system performance with Dynatrace and proactively identify reliability improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting across environments and collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
