Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead platform engineering efforts in Springfield, MO. You will own hundreds of CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps workflows with FluxCD/ArgoCD, manage AKS clusters, and drive secure, observable software delivery at scale across regions.

The role emphasizes Terraform-managed Azure resources, Helm deployments, and strong focus on security posture and incident response within a multi-regional cloud footprint.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in a DevOps/platform engineering/SRE role.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines at scale (100+ pipelines) using GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on with AKS and Kubernetes (RBAC, network policies, upgrades).
• Strong Terraform skills for Azure resources.
• Production experience with FluxCD or ArgoCD in GitOps delivery.
• Proficiency with Helm charts and release workflows.
• Azure networking, Key Vault, and secret management practices.
• Elastic Stack and OpenTelemetry for observability.
• Linux scripting with Bash/Python.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS/CIS benchmarks.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain hundreds of GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams.
• Integrate security scanning tools (Trivy, Dependabot) into pipelines and enforce gates at scale.
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows with FluxCD/ArgoCD; manage drift and progressive delivery.
• Package apps with Helm and manage release workflows; maintain chart libraries.
• Manage AKS clusters (RBAC, network policies, autoscaling) across environments.
• Write IaC with Terraform for Azure networking, compute, storage, AKS, and services.
• Manage ACR, image governance, and vulnerability scanning; secrets in Key Vault.
• Architect multi-regional Azure footprints with geo-replication and traffic routing.
• Operate Kafka, MongoDB, Redis in production; manage observability and incident response.
